What was the highlight of Las Gaviotas Suites Hotel

The Amazing Hotel for bikers or triathletes.

It is amazing Hotel nearby a Beach. The is situated onto optimal place for shoping, running and walking. I can recommend this Hotel for bikers or triathletes. There are two swimming pools: the first is for swimmers and the second is for relaxing. Our room was small but absulutely enough. We could put our bikes on the balcony. The best part of staying in this hotel were breakfast and dinners. It was absolutely amazing. You can choose from any type of kitchen. I did not use a spa, witch is one of the type for relaxing and next to relax pool is also whirpool. I recomended this Hotel for spring vacantion before summer season.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful hotel, everybody is super helpful. Muro beach is a few steps away. Well located to visit beautiful villages on that part of the island and only 45min from Mallorca

Muro beach is full of hotels and supermarkets, not really a charming spot, but the beach is so beautiful and all around there are many places to visit!

Great for biking and triathlon tourists.

Sports hotel with three pools and a nice garden bar. The rooms are big, light and spacious, ans have a big balcony. The food is fresh and varied. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The common area / bar is not at all cosy, and the restaurant does not have enough room for all guests. Most of the rooms face a courtyard with a pool, and some guests started their swim training at 6:30 in the morning.

Excelent hotel with beautiful suites!

We came back after 3 years and were happy to see that the old suites are renovated. Now it really is a great hotel! Spacious suites, a lot of light inside, huge balcony, very nice staff, very good breakfast, 5 minutes to the beach, bus stop right in front, nice pools, nice bar for afternoon snack, really an excellent choice. And the nearby beach, Playa del Muro, is one of the most beautiful beaches, very clean, nice sunbeds (15 EUR set with umbrella) and beautiful turquoise water.

Prices are high, even for end of September.

Convenient location for the beach.

Bed was great. and staff were friendly. Good cocktails by the pool. Massage was good (but overpriced for what it was).

Breakfast buffet was average. The lack of small details considering the high price was frustrating (curtains that were too short for the windows, no toilet paper holder, no tissues, replacement waters). Also would recommend some sort of insect 'zapper' in the corridors - swarms of mosquitos by the elevators. Also there was no indication that there was a gym (either in the website or in the listed amenities) but then saw it on the last day - would have been nice to know it was there.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable, with several standout aspects that made it very memorable.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with several standout aspects that made it memorable. The hotel is conveniently located just off the beachfront, making it easy to find and offering beautiful walks in the morning and evening. Additionally, the A32 bus provides direct transportation from Palma airport to just outside the hotel if you preferred not to rent a car. The bus takes an hour depending on traffic. Okay However, as the bus only runs once every hour, it’s important to plan accordingly if you need to use this service. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide variety of options every day. The dining room was spacious, providing plenty of room to eat comfortably without feeling crowded. Drinks during the evening meal were paid for at checkout, so it’s important to keep track of your receipts to avoid forgetting. The spa and outdoor pools were also generously sized, providing a relaxing environment.

Some areas of the hotel are beginning to show signs of wear, but with a bit of refurbishment, it could quickly restore its premium feel. There was an incident where an elderly German gentleman felt it was appropriate to be fully naked in the spa area, which made some younger guests uncomfortable, but after addressing the issue with reception, it was promptly and kindly resolved. I had requested a room in a quiet part of the hotel, away from lifts and high-traffic areas, and was given an excellent room, for which I was very grateful. My only concern was that although our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, we consistently received fewer towels, requiring us to call reception to request additional ones for showering.
